This year, we had the pleasure of exhibiting at CFIA 2025 in the brand new Hall 12. An entire hall dedicated to food safety. A real opportunity for the Anéolia team to promote their message of better protection for both food products and consumers, through a more detailed analysis of the airtightness and integrity of the packaging used by manufacturers.

And it was a great success! Thank you all! To the organizers of this leading trade show, who made these high-quality meetings possible and invited us to speak to explain how the most precise measurements are essential to guaranteeing the protection of packaged products under controlled and repeatable conditions. Thank you, the visitors of this trade show, for your curiosity, your kindness, and the fascinating conversations you initiated with our team.

It is essential for Anéolia to continue its educational efforts aimed at quality, research and development, and production managers, to pass on knowledge about the analysis of data from tests carried out on industrial packaging. Because it is in advance analysis that the greatest sources of progress and guarantees of food safety lie. Our patented leak measurement and gas analysis instruments allow us to extract data (and graphs) that are particularly useful for decision-making.

Throughout our conversations, certain points stand out as challenges that we need to address:

• For example, the idea of continuous monitoring on the production line raises the question of the relevance of testing samples. In reality, testing packaging upstream of the production line allows for optimal settings, robust material choices, and minimizes the risk of line shutdowns.
• Another frequently discussed topic is the urgent need to know the size of microleaks in a packaged product. Here again, we need to further explain that leaks smaller than 150 microns have a significant impact on the shelf life of either the protective gas inside the packaging (quickly replaced by oxygen) or the shelf life of the product in satisfactory condition. In both cases, the deterioration of initial conditions can occur very quickly, introducing a health risk or a loss of quality that is prohibitive for brands.

During Eric Schaller’s lecture, many other points were revealed each day. The safety and quality issues surrounding the products offered to consumers are increasingly highlighted by both the media and consumer associations. We are particularly sensitive to these issues. They constitute our corporate mission and justify all our actions.

The CFIA was an opportunity for Anéolia to present our new academy. An academy that offers our clients the essential training tools for better mastery of measuring and analysis instruments, but also an opportunity to get the most out of the recorded test data. This requirement for team training is an approach we will continue in the years to come. We are convinced that our expertise must be shared with our clients, and we want to continue learning with them. Our food safety depends on it.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Aneolia Academy. See you soon!
